Soft cream cupcakes
INGREDIENTS for 24 cupcakes
- 400g sugar
- 400g flour
- 400ml Hulalà Whipping
- 4 eggs
- 16g Yeast
- 1 Orange or Lemon

PREPARATION

Heat the oven to 180° C.
Grate orange or lemon zest, add sugar and Hulalà classic. Do not whip the mix too much.
Add one egg at the time, then, finally, the sifted powders.
Pour into cups and bake for about 20 minutes.
Use Hulalà and mixed berries to decorate.
